Hes from the Island.
It probably means his sister was feeling frisky but he needed to get to a liquor store before they sold the last 8 pack of Lucky.
(It may be incest, but she has standards you know)

I don't condone excessive speeding on public roads hwy's etc but everybody is so brainwashed now a days by the police media and insurance providers into believing speeding is pure evil all in the attempt to save lives. The way I see it if some dumbass wants to risk his life and his life alone then leave him be. Let the moron do 200km/h and it will catch up to him why lose sleep over it why get wound up over it.
The way our governments are going its only a matter of time before it will be law for everybody to wear helmets neck protection and bubble wrap to walk their dogs.

No one cares about his life, it's the life/lives of the people in another car that he might have hit.

At 200 km/h in suboptimal conditions, there's a good chance you won't see everything. A lot of road accidents are caused by people being overconfident and being careless in the way they drive.
That's why they're called "accidents" and not "incidents".
