+1 unless it's something really special.

Okay, so first one I posted was a bit granny, but I'm fascinated by architecture which is why I liked it.

Heres another, also from Kelowna.

If there is one, it's probably on a privately owned gulf island.

I'm saying the only 100 million dollar estates are probably not in BC but if we were gonna post up ones from outside of BC you might as well post up castles

And I'm fairly certain that EA guys point grey estate is the most valuable in BC considering it said it
Could be the highest priced estate in Canada

i only failed OP cause this is the Spotted forum...so unless you've seen these houses firsthand it defeats the purpose of belonging in a spotted thread.

i still thanked you for your most recent post here.

Thanks for the thank, and the fail is understandable; I`m still not sure myself what forum this fits best in, which is why I messaged Orgasm Donor.

Its hard to tell from the pictures, but I`m pretty sure the upper walk way leads to the private putting green.

Szeto 01-07-2011 12:09 PM

hockey players don't really earn that much....

Greenstoner 01-10-2011 07:24 AM

^i bet Hyde can afford it

Hondaracer 01-10-2011 02:19 PM

somone making 5-6 mill a year could buy a 10 million dollar house if they wanted to realistically

the majority of the people in BP's are largely imigrants, lots of chinese and middle easterns, and the large majority of them either come from money, are business owners, or are major players in larger companies

i'd say the major player in large companies lags far behind the other 2

xpl0sive 01-10-2011 02:45 PM

hockey players don't earn that much? lol what? if you're making 5-6 mil a year, taking home about 3 mil after taxes, thats $250,000 / month. a mortgage payment on a 5 mil house with a 35% $1.75mil downpayment is $20k/month. so how can a hockey player not afford one of these homes? thats less than 10% of their monthly income, so i say they can afford a $5mil home quite comfortably
