A fish plant would not be the ideal neighbor for future mansion.

There's also a very private Hell's Angel club house in Ladner, a garage for 50-60 cars and a unique interior that had millions upon millions spent finishing it. Its next to a private air strip, on a very long dead end street with no neighbors anywhere near it.

I'm far from poor, I probably have more money than you, but I think 5-6 million dollars a year is serious coin. Why, because it is, and the fact that I appreciate that means that I'll continue to respect my earnings instead of becoming overconfident and losing everything.
