Too bad it's located in a pretty terrible area. This house stands out that much more because of that... and it's not necessarily a good thing.

Actually just checked MLS listings... 2 storey + basement 45ft frontage 5 br home avg 3-3.5m. 1m you can't even buy a plot of 33ft frontage land. (avg 1.5-1.7)

And they are selling like hotcakes too, parent's neighbors just went up for listing for 3.6m, sold in like 5weeks for 3.388m (lol asians). Not even that big of a home either but its new.

Pretty sure this hasn't been posted, it's in Victoria. Check out the garage setup and the view from the bedroom!

Wait.. does that garage lift lift the cars right into the driveway? Like some sort of james bond type apparatus?! That would be the coolest/most expensive thing ever. It would break down every third day like any other elevator, causing the owner to constantly be late for work/golf/spending his millions on shit he doesn't really need.

Can you imagine being the neighbor and watching like 8 cars go into what appears to be a double garage. lol.

I actually "know" the person who lives in that house... I forgot who - it's one of those obscure people you add on facebook because you had one class together :fuckthatshit:

played pool in the billiards room. pool table was too big for that room lol. Not enough room to maneuver your cue(on the side that holds the equipment). and if you move the pool table, there won't be ceiling lights directed onto the table lol.

Very nice house though.

Holy shit, I didn't even see that garage door. It blended in so well with the house.

Just have a question..

Is there any by-law restriction regarding underground garages w/ elevators in single family homes in Vancouver? Or is that the basement?
