I'll start it off my dream, an estate on Okanagan Lake, many lake front properties are worth between 10-25 million.

I'd say this one is a steal at 9 million since it's on a small lot.

It was designed by the architect to look like the inside of an over turned boat hull, which is part of the reason I like this house; not many people are willing to take a risk and be that creative when they build a house.
