It depends how willing you are to abuse the drivetrain at launch I guess. A C4S has more traction than a C2.

The more traction part is true but thats because of the extra weight in the front
and that the America 996 C2 came with crap stock suspension as well :speechless: whereas the europe counterparts got the ROW30 suspension which made the c2 handle much better

Err... no. This is simple, in a launch, the more traction you have propelling the car forward, the faster you will get to 60mph. To get more traction... 4 wheels > 2 wheels. Hence from a dead stop, a 4WD car will stomp an identical 2WD car.

From a roll, when there is no wheelspin, then there is no advantage to AWD and then it is simply the ratio of power/weight assuming there are no major differences in aero, rolling resistance, etc.

Basically, from a dead stop, Marco is going to pwn you until the point where his faster launch is outweighed by your better power/weight ratio. If you guys were rolling down the road at 20mph and then went for it, you will beat him.
