what is your pt? I am assuming more props for someone who built their own ride? dude, I have had a few built E36 turbo and sc cars in the day and I would never do that shit again. It would take 10mins to warm up, head gaskets blowing, oil leaks, software issues, the list goes on and on.... For a toy car, I'd rather buy a fast car and do some basic mods instead of making a Civic into a 600hp beast.

I like to fill up my car and go for a drive knowing I have nothing to worry about:)

If you're having that many problems with a tuned car than you (or the person who built it) are shitty at their job. I've helped many customers build tuned cars that have lots of power, excellent reliability and drivability.

The Lower Mainland is full of shops that call themselves tuners who are nothing more than parts changers. Hell, they can't even think for themselves to properly engineer a car - they look at what others have done (usually in magazines) and bolt the same stuff on their car, thinking that's all there is to it.

^ nothing to do with the shop I used, they regularly build 600+hp Pcar TT. It was the poorly designed turbo and sc kits that were suppose to be the best.

I am sure there allot of skilled mechanics and fabricators out there, but how many shops have the skill, equipment, and knowledge of a car manufacturer.

There are allot of Ford GT TT or Supra TT that are faster than a Bugatti Veryon, but who cares?

As good as the aftermarket reliability and driveability has become, it is not even close to OEM.

I'd rather have a Doctor of Engineering design and build my car Vs some dude that has built some fast cars over the years.

So how does one get added to the list above?
It is in dire need of an update.

I'm quite confident I have the slowest but I can't verify that I dont think my old girl would pass tech on any track. she's big heavy and old.
Although iirc our shop gtr ran 12.8 missing third gear (syncro is worn). but I cant find the time slip to back that up. If we get around to it we'll pull the tranny fix that and see what kind of improvements we can make to that
