Kind of like how the Japanese would do/say something once in a while that would be deemed insulting to the Korean and Chinese Nationals.
Another example: when the US makes fun of Canada, we get more insulted compared to an American being insulted by Canada. They just would not take it as personal.

^theyre the exception, not the rule.
trust me. ive been to both countries, and by far mexico has the hotter women. i havnt seen prettier women with more butt ugly guys in my life than in mexico.
