Jet's machine gun take quite a few shot before they can even kill a infantry unit.

Takes 3 lazer guide air to ground missle to destory a tank.
2 to disable it, but any decent tank driver would already repair back to full before you can turn around to get your 2nd shot.

Less than full round of rocketpot can disable a tank, but wont destory it.

Heatseek missle are only good against air unit, so if the other team doesnt want to fly your bascially pretty useless in the air with it.

Hard to get ground kill, but usually decent flying can land a bit of points from spotting and disable ground unit

I am pretty sure if I am hit by a bullet by a jet I am fucken dead lol or crippled.

I played a game yesterday at kharg island and I was at the second set of mcomms

I was hiding at the open building when an eagle level viper flyer comes right beside me. He shoots entire clip of rockets.... Thought I was dead but nope it killed everything around me including the crate beside me lol. He had to dish out another round just to kill me

If you guys want to join a server that I and 4 friends admin on feel free. GGC-Streaming is on, which means if a hacker tries to join the room, he's booted even before join. The server is connected to a global banlist from a lot of services, so if someone hacked on another server thats connected on the network, he's stopped from joining all other servers. So it's a clean server. We're always on admining it.

32 players Mixed mode, Seattle based. We get a 13 ping on it. Trying to populate it a bit more during the day, but at night it fills up. Feel free

Also note guys, if your getting black screens trying to join servers, make sure your punkbuster is updated. For some reason it isn't doing it automatically for A LOT of people.

Just google pbsetup, download the app. Add BF3 as a game and click on update. It will then automatically update to latest version. Fixes black screens.

I see tons of people joining our server through the server admin page, and just quitting right away, and attempting to come back in multiple times. Once they update, they're fine.

Assault class with rifle + red eye scope + suppressor... and m26 shotgun secondary is so much fun.

Rifle is good for mid range shooting and you can get some long distance kills sometimes. It's awesome because you don't show up as a red blip with the suppressor on but it hurts your long distance power. Anything close range just bring out the m26 and you can get one shot kills if the big circle is near someone's head.

For assault I have been getting used to switching to single fire mode (press v).
It has gotten me a lot more kills from distances.

all round accuracy went up 3% :P

nice, I've yet to break the 100 kill mark in a round lol

can anyone explain to me how do I get the "nemesis ribbon" and the "combat efficiency ribbon" it almost feels like I'm getting them randomly.

Nemesis is killing the same guy5 times without having him kill you. No ides about combat efficiency though.

wow that's hard to get in conquest mode especially when the map is so big. probably much easier to get in TDM modes.

i was just pwning so hard on rush at seine crossing with my m249, that i thought i was maybe cheating accidentally, so i ran out in fornt of a tank and got killed
had an 18 kill streak before i did this, i guess everyone just kept missing me or something

and my fucking team mates kept shooting at me too which was fucking with my brain

I'm torn between the M249, M240B, and M60E4 as a Support gun. Each has it's merits and drawbacks, but I'm constantly switching between them.

Oh and I got NFS: The Run for 360 for the same price LC21 got BF3 :fullofwin:

PKP is garbage, so much recoil I can't hit the broad side of a barn. Back to the M249 and ownage resumes as usual. Looking forward to unlocking the M240B.

Lack of ammo for extended firefights kill those for me. 200 > 45 rounds.
