Not always true. in the smaller games, anyone can dominate, it just depends on what's going on. Plus, I get pwned by guys who are a lower level than me at the moment just 'cause I'm starting a new class, so I'm at n00b equipment (doing support, maxed out Engineer).

And if you've got a squad that's not retarded, you can do a decent job.

what kind of crashing are you getting? the ea online disconnects can be fixed with port forwarding and the black screen's on loading can be fixed with a manual punkbuster update. after that i crash maybe 1/40 rounds.

How do you do a punkbuster update? And what port should I be using? I get both of those problems

looks like PS3 version is getting BF 1943 for free after all

punkbuster is easy just go to their website and dl thier installer follow the instructions. iirc you need port 360 open but i'll have to double check my router setting to be sure. i'll get back to you in a bit

my entire pc crashes... i have to hit the reset button on my tower..

i did the test at Can I run that game | System Requirements Lab and i passed on all the minimum requirements... halfway from min and recommended.. i have my settings on the lowest of low...

i think im will have to reset my bios to default? ive changed minor things, OC my system like 5%...

i'll take people using ir scopes any day over engineers spamming rpg's. at least with ir scopes they still have to shoot at me... metro conquest 64 players gets fucking ruined because of rpg spammers. and that goes for any choke point on any map.

All you have to do is switch to support with a mortar, and hit them quickly with it as it will 1 shot them, and be on your way

This was before I played support. I maxed out assault and engineer before I even touched support
