you are stupid, most places do not have many 5s or 10s by the end of the night, if you trade a 20 ur taking more of there 5's most places dont like taking 20s because u cant use them if you still have the rest of your shift to do unless someone comes in with a 50 or a 100, its common sense

Honestly - I'm assuming you're still in High School.
Most people have some sort of prejudice towards specific races - whether or not they show it. Maybe the cashier was told by the manager not to give out change. Maybe she later used the excuse that it was counterfeit to not sound like a jerk. Maybe she was running short on small bills. Maybe she ACTUALLY hate Persians, and just wanted to give you a hard time. Maybe she ACTUALLY thought they were counterfeit, but not because of your skin colour.
But honestly, this little event in your life, where you might come bitch on a forum and/or bitch for weeks to your friends/family, is not worth your time. Could it have been discrimination? it's a possibility. Can you ever be sure? Not a chance.
You're still young - you need to stop carrying a chip on your shoulder - thinking you need to fit in for people to trust you, or always thinking people are out to get you. If and when you get a real job, working in the real world - and you experience real discrimination - then you can make a big deal out of this.
Its no big deal, maybe I wasnt discriminated against but I think I was atleast stereotyped.
Maybe as a thug or criminal, it doesnt matter it wont bother me, I just want to say that it happens and it happened to me tonight.
I hope some people here learn a lesson as Im sure bigots and ignorant humans are everywhere.
