You're going to need some proof, son.
All of this is based on SPECULATION.
You're speculating that if you were white, they would have been more than happy to make change for you with a smile on their face.
This has not been PROVEN.
If you witnessed them giving change to three white guys without a problem prior to your incident, maybe you have a case.
You have nothing to base your accusations on.

stores only have a finate amount of change that has to last throughout the day. giving every guy who wants change for the bus means they cant give change to a PAYING customer.
i had the misfortune of working the till at a 7-11 back in the day with an ATM. every drunk motherfucker with a bank card wanted me to break $20s. I say no, you have to buy something. thy buy a $0.10 piece of candy and i give them change.
douche move on their part IMO, but not against the rules.
