Calcium competes with Zinc and Mag, but Zinc and Mag compete with each other too (Iron is the fourth divalent mineral)

To avoid problems with absorption, keep the total amount of all 4 below 800mg. A full dose of ZMA is 450mg Mag plus 30mg Zn, so as long as you keep the calcium under 320mg or so, you are good.

1 full cup of cottage cheese has about 200mg calcium and 16mg of magnesium

Keep in mind that 1 scoop of pure casein powder can have at least 600-700mg of calcium in it though, so you won't want to take that with ZMA.

Oh Citrulline not Creatine. Awesome!

I always wondered when chinese herbs would make their way over as bodybuilding supplements. What's next, deer antler fuzz?

Yeah it's either a hit or miss from what I have read.

Order was shipped today from Idaho, says DHL but can anyone confirm that the shipping method in Canada is CP?

Is Reflex usually cheaper than Popeyes and/or BB.com? The prices on the site is what they sell for at the store?

noob question: Are you supposed to take protein on non work out days?

right now I take it during breakfast and post workout on the days i workout. other days i only take a multi.

i only take it post workout, unless im making a gainer shake, u dont need to take it on off days as long as u are getting ur bodyweight in protein , ex 200lbs = 200g protein/ a day
whey protein supplement is useful for getting a high amount of protein in you as fast as possible post workout and is convenient & can be taken on the go

protein powder only has 2 purposes and one of them is iffy

1) To help you hit your macros when u cant make a meal

2) Fast absorption post workout ( kinda bro-science here, a solid meal would be better)
