Yeah I took piracetam a looooooooooooong time ago.. back then you couldn't get it from supplement companies at all, you had to buy it from a sketchy pharmacy somewhere. Super expensive and sketchy, so I stopped. Would like to try it again, but it's back to being hard to get again.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish with the BCAA. 2 or even 4 per day isn't going to do anything for any goal though

Yes you do. Hyperzune A would probably be good too, since it prevents the breakdown of choline in the brain

noob question: you guys that are taking supplements - do you have/feel any side effects? I talked to some guys and it seems some supplements cause you to be "more pissed off" , "more horny" , or some other side effect. Is this normal? Is there a supplement without side effects?
The guy I talked to gets wired up on caffeine before his workout, I did not like that sound of that. So, I'm just reading and about right now..
