My boss is taking all the employees on a dinner cruise for the fireworks this year, first time for me watching the fireworks from the water. Hope it will be good  | |

you need your boating license to rent now. BC and Canadian Boat Exam - Boat Licence Test

I tried from Cypress viewpoint last year, it wasn't bad. Watching up close from English Bay or even Kits still the way to go if you find a spot early enough

So over fireworks.
I can see the displays in New West clearly from my living room..and I can't even be bothered to go on the deck to get the 'outdoor' experience.
Every year, they can't get sponsors...make a huge mess in the city and someone gets pepper sprayed or stabbed.
It's time for something new.

if anyone goes this tuesday, gimme a shout, we usually bring down a bunch of food with us and were more then willing to make it a pot luck

I was down there tonight (gf lives in Yaletown so we didn't have to deal with the traffic)
China put on a show. it was super epic. You know it's good when people think the end of every sequence is the grand finale. It started to rain RIGHT after the show ended.
