My friend who has the SGS2 has the same problem as me and is on a custom rom. In the SGS2 thread one person responded with the same problem.

Surprisingly, they actually refunded my money for the failed download/sending to my phone so send me a payment request through paypal to my email or something.

Rooted.
Only crashes when I'm in the mobile phone forum.
No problems anywhere else.

Couldn't wait for you to send me the apk SP, so I got a friend to help me buy the app and send it to me.

loving it so far. First thing I noticed was the youtube links issue mentioned earlier.
Other than that it works flawlessly.

few suggestions for Android.
-on forums listings do not include descriptions below forum names.
-don't let the back button prompt logout
-maybe fix how the pages work or make it so clicking a thread goes to the end of the thread
-maybe let us customize which forums display on the main page so we can just see the ones we always read.

How about make a dedicated button for last page instead? What if you have never read the thread before? That would be even more annoying

Any thanks/fail for android app yet?

Is anyone getting a lot of connection problems using this app? Its not my network as other apps work fine.

It would be great to be able to save different subforums as favourites so we can quickly jump to the ones we read most often. The subscribe button works for threads only, not actual forums. I have VOT subscribed but it doesn't appear in my list (probably because it's a forum not a thread).



Another suggestion is to have each page of a thread show up as a separate page instead of one long page divided up into different sections each representing a page.


Finally, I think we should separate the stickies from regular posts. Perhaps tag them with the word STICKY or better yet, have them in a section up top separate from regular threads below or put them in a separate tab (sorta like the XDA app). It's sometimes annoying to have to scroll through and figure out where the stickied threads end and where regular threads begin.


The issues listed below have already been mentioned I believe but don't think it hurts to mention again:
-youtube links don't link/embed properly
-subforums have formatting issues with <b> </b> <BR> appearing all over the place
-smilies show up as texts instead of icons
-quoted text border doesn't show up properly unless you actually click on the individual post
-signatures (which only show up when you click on the person's post as I'm sure you intended) begin immediately after the person's post so it looks like it's part of their actual post.



Other than that....excellent!

it should be available for blackberry as well. I wouldn't mind to pay 99 cents if they had it for bb

Having problems with the Android app now for the past week....It will no longer connect to any forums....if I leave the app off for a long time and restart it will show the newest threads but I can't get passed that....it also says "Invalid access token"

any advice??

Sounds like a bust. RS shouldn't have created its own app and can't deliver the most basic set of features.

You guys should've integrated with Tapatalk and most of your problems wouldn't persist.
