PornMaster 10-20-2011 01:22 AM

just played a few drop in games and they were BRUTAL

no team work what so ever and a bunch of noobs who dont know how to pass.

All they try to do is the one hand puck defence into the goal.....

Its funny. I love rs games but I never produce in them. When I play dropin games I'll school the other team and get usually A-B-A and atleast 2-3 ppg.

Same. The thing is defenses are a lot better in club, though. Half the time when you play OTP, the defense is comprised of guys who couldn't get a forward slot and have no idea how to play D.

Speaking of playing D, I recommend anyone playing D switch to the Custom 5 or Overhead camera w/ Auto Zoom turned off. When the game starts, press Select to switch the focus onto your player instead of the puck. Let's you see the ice SOOOOO much better.

we had a really good game yesterday against an elite team. I think it was SPZ

All the players were committed to defense and basically collapsed in front of the net and took out the one timers. We need more of this if we're gonna start winning:fullofwin:

We can play defense, we just need offensive chemistry. Too many turnovers

I was playing a versus game against my friend and Andrew Ladd suffered a stomach injury. I lol'ed. How often do you hear players getting stomach injuries?

Jmac 10-22-2011 02:56 AM

Abdominal tears and strains aren't uncommon, especially early in the season.

Groin and abdominal strain injuries in the ... [Clin J Sport Med. 1999] - PubMed - NCBI

5x more likely to occur during pre-season compared to regular season and 4x less likely to occur in the post-season compared to regular season

Tanner Glass had an abdominal tear last season.

drop ins full of retards
average players have like atleast 5points a game when they drop in

pure.life 10-25-2011 09:19 AM

The crazy danglers in this game is frustrating me

They seemingly shoot wristers that are unstoppable..very deflating :(

Like that guy who sniped 3 short side goals from the same damn spot last night ? Poke check doesn't work ... If you try to hit him, he slips past you ... If you go down, he skates around you ... Argh ...

On an unrelated note, and not everyone does it, but those who do, please stop banging your sticks on the ice for the pass as soon as someone else touches the puck. It's distracting when I have the puck (and probably for the other guys) and it's very frustrating when someone calls for the puck when he's covered and we end up turning the puck over.
