my friend got a hd pvr to record our games (nerddddddd lol) and i made a channel with some clips and 1 of our club games which he didn't upload in HD for some reason.

Some pretty crazy games tonight. Skead, Van19, Mini-kangaroo and I went on a little win streak.

Yatli and I also played really well last night, although we didn't get the luck we wanted. Outshot our opponents 2:1 and 3:1 on several occasions, but only went like 2-2-1 over those 5 games.

The OT loss was rough. We outshot this team 37-12, had the puck in their end almost the entire time, and they score 3 completely garbage goals while their AI goaltender was stopping cross-creasers and breakaways all game ...

Yeah this game is so inconsistent. You'll be dominating a team and their goalie will be stopping everything but the minute they come down and shoot a weak shot at the net, it magically goes in. So many tough loss' like that for everyone here at one point or another.

I'll be on around 8 ish if anyone wants to join. I'm getting back into it and will be playing as much EASHL possible now :)

Any xbox guys with teams want to play a vs. tonight?

I'll be playing C again tonight. I think I should re-do my player. I'm a playmaker and thats that. I can't score like I used to.

Btw, my right analog is somewhat broken so my Facebook abilities are not as good as before. I believe my FO% is about 60% :)

I hate it when the game freezes or all of a sudden I lose connection to EA server.. so annoying lol.. anyone get this ?

I haven't lost a connection to the ea server in a long time, also when u guys were saying it was laggy, it didn't lag for me at all.

We did really good yesterday when we moved the puck up quickly. Quick passes will open up the lanes and keep the game flowing. I find that you hold onto the puck a little too long bro when moving the puck up ice.

So my wingers, expect a lot of passes from me.
I usually gain the zone, do a quick turn and pass for a one-timer. That's what I usually with Jmac. Works for a scoring chance most times.

^ lol.. my bad about holding up the puck long.. Im just used to getting the defender going to me then I make the pass..It worked a few times last night for a few breakaways lol.. but i'll pass it faster this time..

As for the lag..it was only during the first game where we got shutout (the lag for me during that game was bad) tho, i'm running wireless

Haha no worries man. That strategy usually works for versus play but I find that if you pass it quickly to an open player when playing EASHL, you get more way more scoring changes. When I was playing D that one game, the moment I saw a guy up ice, I launched it. We scored some nice goals like that catching the other team off guard :awwyeah: My general rule of thumb is that if I see a guy up ice, I pass it to them as quickly as possible, this prevents a lot of offsides as I see many teams having one guy carrying the puck while the others rush the zone and 99.9 % of the time, the other guys go offside so often because they're impatient and can't wait for the puck carrier :lol

I overkilled this game back in October and November. But I got my sanity back and play every once in a while when things are not so busy at work :)

All good bro. It's fun playing with players that aren't selfish, move the puck around and know how to play position like real hockey. Hockey is a TEAM game!
