PowerBoost is for 5-20 seconds. My speed is constant for the ENTIRE duration of download. Whether it be minutes or hours.

i've heard of some modems having it stuck on all the time when it shouldn't be

i wouldn't suggest for you to power cycle or have the modem reset as you may lose it

if your bill says you're only on high-speed, you're getting more than what you paid for on the download speeds
