Totally, it's happening to me everyday now in spirts. It will be fine and then a minute late it's fucked for like 20mins - 2 hours and then it starts working again. If this continues I'm going to have no choice but to call not like they'll give a fuck. I'm sure they'll just say it's on my end and nobody else is experiencing problems, tell me to unplug and reset my modem ect.....

You guys that are constantly having issues need to call and complain or just cancel and switch over to Telus.

getting max 60kb / sec from downloading $$$$$$$$$$ stuff. I usually get 500kb + this started ytd. I live in richmond .. wth..

If you call in, you test your connection direct to modem and get slow speeds. They'll check if there is saturation in the area. In some cases like this they'll book a tech out for you with a laptop so he can test it as well. You won't get the run around.

saying how you're getting 2.8 MB/s sounds like you're on the telus high speed turbo 25

i'm on the old shaw nitro package which is 100 Mbps and i've been quite happy with my speeds. i have yet to bitch or moan about it either
