I like Nanoose Bay. Nice area. You can hit the Costco in Nanaimo within 15 mins then GTFO.

Just signed a fat 10 year contract with Petrocan. We usually do 5 years but the contract was to good.

I also steam a good ham

and have the aurora borealis in my back yard.

No, but I hear the people at Vegas Vacations are doing a bang up job with seniors and their vacation planning. Perhaps they can offer some guidance

I stayed at my friends empty house on this big ass hill, 5-10 minutes from the Nanaimo Ferry. Stayed a week for golf trip.

Nanaimo is so lit, we went VIMC - > Beban Park no wait tennis/pickleball - > Backyard at home with hottub + ocean view

Life's great.

I know there's something out there that works because I had a meeting today with a coworker who was in a shop with an industrial blower running and I could barely hear it through Teams. Maybe a sound like that is easier for it to filter out than random office noise but I'll try to find out what he's using.

This is where I find Teams or headsets is good at filtering out - environmental noise. Working in an open office area where everyone is on a call and talking out loud makes it harder to filter out voices. Even with voice recognition and all kinds of patterns enabled, it can only do so much.

Also, lol @ Numbeo.

Stop by. Charging for air is a scam.

So Linus from Linus tech tips is going on Jimmy Fallon again. One prediction market has bets on what he will say. Linus could bet on himself and make a pile of money. This pic was posted on his subreddit something he looks at.
