I saw it on CBC. Executive summary - lab diamonds of comparable clarity, cut, brightness, etc. can vary from $250 to $1700. They bought one from Aliexpress ($250). One from a diamond distributor ($1700), pros cannot tell difference. Use your discretion, do your research.

Yah, the thing is if chic finds out you paid $250 ... instantly, she thinks you're cheap. So you have to spend like $3-5K on something that should at most cost like $500.
