My gf's sister is in the first video at the end and middle of the video itself, looking around aimlessly.
Apparently the guy in the black who smoked the guy in the blue was a part of her group of friends there.

I agree. Lockdowns plus other stresses of life. Loss of jobs, money, family and friends. People are tense now. Like Homer here. haha
We have a friend that works security at one of the casino's and he told us they are extremely understaffed (similar to restaurant industry) and fights are breaking out every single day, he's working 6 days a week and stressed AF. The ones above were just more serious. Also because of limited capacity people with short fuses getting impatient waiting in line. Then getting inside and losing money = messy situations all around.
Looks like I'll be avoiding casino's for a while. Not like I'm itching to donate my money anyway haha

I got a free trial of 5G from my mobile provider - 20GB for 30 days. I tested it out and it gets about 200 Mbps. That's almost 10X faster than my home ISP!
Problem is, there are no towers near my place, so I can't access it at home.
As soon as it comes here I think I'll switch to 5G for home internet. I have to do some research to see what latency is like though. I heard it's pretty much like regular internet, unlike LTE which can reach decent enough sustained speeds but has really bad latency issues (so basically it is fine for downloading but not for gaming). Need to find out for sure though.
Just bought car parts from US vendor. UPS is delivering my items and while it's on route, they gave me a call telling me they are withholding my package for payment of charges.
Is this a scam or do I have to pay it? Will my item will never get delivered if I don't pay? What's the best way to deal with this?

Yeah, it's basically a scam.
They're probably holding your package because it hasn't been cleared by CBSA. You can clear it yourself by going to the YVR CBSA Post Office. UPS will have to provide you with the slip. You'll pay a fraction of the cost that UPS is charging you.
