But perhaps it's someone I have seen in passing? I think they have to be people you've at least seen before? Not sure how it works hahaha

I've had people in my dreams that I don't know. The explanation that they are people you've met in passing was also my explanation. Otherwise my brain just composited a random person out of thin air.

I had it for the first time a few weeks back on vacation out in the Maritimes. I did not expect/realize the sauce to be sweet and thought something went bad with my donair or they put the wrong sauce on it lol.

I forget the name of the place westopher told me about for donairs in Edmonton, but man, it was
I may head to the Maritimes this fall so if Halifax is a destination, will have to try it out.

The next time I had it I got the sauce on the side just so I could control the level of sauce. A bit of sweetness was good with the lamb, just not slathered in the sauce. Quote:

That said, I felt Halifax as a town not very appealing. Did find an amazing old school pub, but the neighborhoods are all pretty spread out and doesn't have a lot of charm,
Charlottetown was far more charming and quaint. Fantastic food since the Culinary Institute of Canada is there.

That said, reminds me that I had been meaning to share photos of my trip as the Lighthouse Route and the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia were the best driving roads and experiences I have ever encountered.
Highly recommend any driving enthusiast to visit once in their lifetime.

High voltage in edmonton is the best Halifax donair in existence, although not totally traditional. Kind of a Gyro/Halifax donair hybrid.

Not sure if this made international news, but for those who aren't aware, this crazy guy randomly stabbed two women at a mall right after I made that shitty joke. Both died. And then tonight it looks like it happened again, although no details are out yet since it just happened hours ago. My wife went by on her commute and the MTR exit was a crime scene.
I know it's just coincidence, but it feels shitty. And weird to happen twice in a short time.. maybe all the strict covid restrictions drove crazy people even more crazy...

4 children and 2 adults stabbed in France today as well. Youngest victim was 3. No deaths so far. Can't wait for the American gun fuckers to use it as an argument against any gun laws. https://apple.news/AQtpdmrKLTbK2dBLQfE_F2w

A mom killed her 3 young daughters the other day too.. It was crazy to follow the news as it was breaking, as she told the police her husband attacked them with a knife, so there was a manhunt. But they eventually figured out that she did it and made a false accusation. Apparently she has a history of mental health issues, and just snapped somehow.

Straight up watched someone die. It was fucked up. I don't know what's worse. That video of an American shooting up his shithead neighbors and hearing/watching them die or this.
