its all about consistency, if you pay extra for the speed than good on you. For most people with simple internet usage telus is way more reliable

its a hit and miss regardless of company.

I have plenty of friends who find telus to be good, but at the same time plenty other friends who have nothing but complaints about it.

I had a few people that had their cisco modems reset itself and back to unbridge mode, called shaw business line.... waited 30 minutes just for the other person to go 'I don't understand what you want me to do it is already in bridge mode, and you are suppose to get a 192.168.x.x from the modem'

Any one having super slow speed with torrnets?
I can't get above 100kB/s no matter the time of the day -_- it wasn't like till about a week ago.

I changed my account to student plan at shaw cable, my internet now is sooo slow..

novus has been pretty solid for me for a year now. even counterstrike i have been able to get a stable 4ms ping on some seattle and vancouver servers



my mom has telus and it is definitely no where close to the 25mbps advertised but its solid and thats all my mom needs.

anyone else experiencing down time and such at certain times of the day and modem resetting?? I called and got an appointment for friday

probably switch to novus if this presist... how much is novus compared to shaw anyways??

my modem was down for a few mins yesterday

but then the internet came back so i didn't bother calling show

anyone here notice how shitty the wifi speeds are around 12am and late?? I come home drunk and my wifi is shit!! 150$ router does nothing
