rp grind is worth it for me only for the weapons. to be honest, i don't even care for the car part of the game even though it is GRAND THEFT AUTO.
even with better weapons, it just gets so boring to just walk around the city with no purpose other than to kill others. i would rather play COD if i want to kill people.
It was rumored before, but this is still sort of surreal to write: the upcoming current-gen remake of Grand Theft Auto V will have a first-person mode.1
Yep, if you decide to purchase Rockstar's massive open-world game again, you can experience it all in first-person, from bank robbery to bike stunts to airplane theft. Rockstar tells us that GTA Online will support first-person mode, too.
Rockstar announced the mode today on IGN, where they've got a trailer showing how you'll be able to play as GTA's trio of degenerates from a more personal perspective. Footage shows the player driving, shooting, and flying in first-person, which is hardly new for a video game but definitely new for Grand Theft Auto.

If they would just release this on the damn PC already, I guarantee there would have been this and more modded by the community. DO IT ROCKSTAR PLEASE
I want it on PC as well but compared to console it's such a small piece of the sales I understand why it either comes late or not at all. I don't have the numbers but I think last time I seen them it was something like 30 to 1, for that 3% of the market it's not even worth it for the developer.

60 fps version
I hope this makes it to the PC version
gonna look glorious on 3 screens
it's like when HL2 went 3rd person view...but this is nice that it's straight from rockstar not a mod.
system specs not released yet
if it's unoptimized like GTAIV it's a lost cause
I'm thinking it'll run more like Max Payne 3...which scales pretty well. To run it decently it'll ~$800.

Yeah, no one ever buys games off Steam ... I'm surprised Valve hasn't declared bankruptcy yet considering they rely almost exclusively on PC gaming

lol you do not know how online games work with steam. With counter strike, people buy keys and cases to get new items. Keys can only be sold from valve for like $2.50 and a shit ton of poeple buy them all the time. One guy himself streamed a 3000 case opening.. so $2.50 x 3000 and you do the math (this is one person!) just imagine millions of keys
I am guessing the owner of valve (gabe newell) is swimming in a billion dollars right now.
