You can add it as "Non-Steam" game. Click on the Games menu, and select "Add a Non-Steam game to My Library". Select GTAVLauncher.exe as the executable. To get it to work, you'll need to adjust the Windows file properties of GTAVLauncher. Navigate to it's location, right-click on it and click Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab, and select Run As Administrator. Click OK. Try running it through Steam.

I bought a xbox one controller straight up so I could play GTA on PC
super easy just plug in play with micro usb and it will auto recognize it.
worked for GTA SA as well

I had a funny interaction with a random npc near Franklin's place in Vinewood. I pressed the 'hail cab' button, and said something to this lady as I ran by, and she started talking about her day and stupid friend. She chased me down to tell me about her morning. LOL

very high settings on everything with some ultra
prob do single player in FPS mode then hit up multiplayer from time to time

So the update just finished downloading for me. 6.6gb file, pretty damn big file! Can't wait to rock these new cars and stuff.

these new cars are pretty damn dope. i love that mercedes 300sl in the game, the crackling and burbling sounds coming from the exhaust after you let off the throttle are so addicting. i just crank my headset up and cruise in that car with no music playing. lol
