He has a few weeks to join/form a new team before the teams need to be locked in for the new Dota Major Championships. |
lmao for adding arteezy instead of aui in EG, basically means aui is toxic to the team and their teammates or PPD does not want him there anymore.... fear as support??? aui def. help EG win TI by playing techies and naga properly in those games.... and support :/ |
^ agreed. I'd rather have aui over fear to support. rtz is definitely the better carry player over fear. I say fear should just coach or work in the organization but hey he's a veteran. Dota4lyfe |
You can't kick fear, so by default, aui_2kicked had to go |
So PPD said that they kicked aui_2k because he was cancerous :lol |
yea here's the link to what he said: Gamer's Digest: POST TI5 blog Spoiler! Spoilered cause it's a bit long. Kind of sad to see people throwing each other under the bus. Should have just left it at him getting kicked instead of continuing the shitstorm lol |
People on reddit said that if you watch aui's stream, he does "talks a lot but says very little" Very unprofessional on both sides though But yolo got kicked still made 1 mil https://38.media.tumblr.com/3f1fd531...d5rgo1_500.gif |
I personally think it was a little more unprofessional on EG and PPD's side. Sure aui had that one tweet where he said he hates people but he didn't go on to put down the rest of his former team. Or maybe he did in his interview with Thoorin :O |
Are they splitting that equal 5 ways or is eg taking a huge cut? Since it was a us tournament im guessing their winnings are going to be taxed to hell. Curious how the payment side of this works. |
pretty sure it's quite high and at around 30% for winnings. I'm also guessing EG would take a small cut of it? Don't know the exact terms but some teams take around 10% |
For TI4, Newbee got taxed 30% by the US government and then 10% to the organization. Assuming EG takes the same percentage of winnings... 6.6 * 0.60 = 3.96 3.96 / 5 = 0.792 Each player got 0.792 million USD or 1.03 million CAD. |
Dat exchange rate. I just read an article where the Venue hosts or w/e also took a large chunk of the total prize pool? I think it was in the comments section someone mentioned that. kodo12 1 year, 3 weeks ago you missed my point a little. we're all tax payers that's not what I had problem with. What I had problem with was U.S the event holder took 30% of the prize while Valve never mentioned it. This already minimal 2.5 dollar out of 10 we pay is subjective to more reduction. If I knew that I simply would not spend as much money on the compendium. I have absolutely no problem with them paying taxes to their country of residency no matter what % it is. |
TI 7 coming up boys. Anyone still play this game? |
Its been about a year now since I stopped playing Dota 2. I somewhat miss but ive switched over to console gaming. |
TI gonna be in Vancouver this year :megusta: |

It was fun seeing the LGD corner going nuts |
Was cheering for LGD.. but OG deserved it.. they really punished LGD's mistakes even though LGD seems stronger overall |
