Whos got a good account number to use?

I used to use BCRX7 club alot. Cant remember if you can get discounts at mopac haven't been there in a while but would be cool if somebody has a public account number for there lol

mines at 30%. the highest, expect for employees, which i think is 40%?

I used to use the Vancouver Island RX-7 Club one a lot, been using my dad's company account lately.

Even with discounts, prices don't seem that great. I've never purchased without one before, must be murder.

actually i believe oil you get no discount on, but parts like water pumps, short shifters , oem replacement parts etc you do... Ive never bought without a discount either but ive seen people do it and the prices are ridiculous lol

and i agree with everyone else, the price usually is still pretty high. Ive been going to the same lordco guy and he gives me the max discount. I heard a long time ago there was some lowrider club account that had a wicked discount, bcit aeromotive school had a good one too from what i recall.. Looking more for one for mopac if there is any public one though :) If i can dig up those account numbers ill post them up.. some people here must have worked at lordco, hook some numbers up !

most cash acounts are 30% off list.

winter is here, and bosch and piaa wipers are on sale :troll: pretty close to 50% off.

When I worked at lordco in 07 my staff discount was 15% For walk in buys places like napa or westcan are cheaper than lordco. Just call around to find the best price.

If your nice to the guy, I find they often give you more than the normal 30% off....
got an NGK o2 sensor for rsx last week for $150.... most places sell for liek $200, lordco list price was $315 haha

Mopac does not give discounts to regular accounts. It's on a scale... if you have set up an account however only buy $500 per year then you'll be paying regular price. If your account racks up $5000/month like many of the shops that buy there, then you'll be getting wicked discounts. You have to be pushing a lot of performance products every month to be getting a discount there, which makes more sense than Lordco's whacky pricing scheme.

I used to use a friend of a friends account that had a wicked discount, but the last time I went in, he couldn't find the account at all. He ended up using some car clubs discount for me, so I didn't take a full blow on the price, but it certainly wasn't the 40% I'd been used to scamming off someone else.

On the subject of discounts, I use an acquaintance's discount at my tile store. All he does is tiling, so its a crazy big discount. When you go in, if you want to use someone's account, they call and make sure its ok. To avoid that, I just say I'm him and do my thing. I pay cash, so its fine.

So I tell her my names Peter, and this cranky old thing looks up from the desk, and she's like, "you're not Peter" Damn. Had me scrambling as I'm like, "oh, well I work with Peter...he sent me in" so she calls him and he has no idea what I'm up to and I don't know him that well, so my little run in to buy tile ended up turning into this big thing to verify who the hell I was.

Now, I try desperately to grab the cute girl that works at the desk, who doesn't give a shit who the hell I am.

keep in mind that some accounts are only to be used by card holders or ppl affliated with that specific acct.

i caught a bunch of guys using my account and i went ballistic on my sales rep and then he went off on the counter staff, so make sure you guys are actually allowed to use the accounts before randomly deciding its ok to use account x or y
