I either go for the dairyland brand or lactantia lactaid one...I think those may be the most prevalent ones at least from what I've seen so far.

Pills would probably be much cheaper than those products... Also with those products do they actually remove the lactose, or do they just add the enzyme?

188lbs right now. Had some set back this year, with sickness and my lower back injury (still havent done DL's in months) and just slowly doing squats again.

You're confusing olympic weightlifting with powerlifting.
Lu Yong = Olympic weightlifting = clean & jerk, and snatch.
Powerlifting = squat, bench, deadlift.

not sure why the strawman, but ok. Caloric intake calculation is a good way of keeping track of how much you eat (not downplaying it at all), and I definetly will figure it out at some point, but eating to the point where you feel more than full spread over 5-6 meals is a pretty good indication that you're "eating enough". It wouldn't be hard to feel the difference between eating 2 lb of cabbage and 2 lb of peanut butter (not sure why I would do that though, 5300 calories of peanut butter ). Caloric intake calculation, though a good guideline to follow, is still a "guesstimation" itself, so as someone with relatively low weight, i'd have to really eat till I'm full, if my caloric intake doesn't already tell me that

What I was really trying to get at was, that after several months of bulking, I seem to be staying at the same weight consistently, and keep in mind this is after a 25 lb jump...

Just out of the blue, but something I've been wondering for awhile, but does an increase in feces output from bulking mean that your body isn't absorbing the nutrients you are feeding it and is expelling more unused weight? Or does poop have no correlation at all to bodyweight?

^ I'm cutting out all refined carbs from diet, Only macro I'm more or less confident of is my protein intake,

3 protein shakes/day (81g) + the food that I get on top of it (2 chicken breasts, fish, 12 pieces of chicken nuggets, 12 dumplings, 1 steak somedays) We can do the math there, but its a pretty good value for my protein intake and what I can make do with financially...

Explain this IF wizardry. I've been trying for weeks on end to overhead press 135 and couldn't even get it past my chin. Went in fasted today and I pushed it without much struggle!

It's not IF its the exercise. OH press is a huge mental game for me ... if you set up right, keep your body tight, squeeze your ass and give it your all you can mill press a lot easily, if you're relaxed and not really thinking about it you can probably barely do your 5RM for 2 or 3 crappy reps

what about carbs and fats.. you can't rely on protein to bulk lol
