lol what, deadlift 805 for 6-12 reps and 800 squats for 2-12 reps? where'd you get that info

True that. A month or two ago I failed trying to pull it on a rackpull! Feels so good to lift it off the the rack, walk out, rep it out, and walk it back. Felt so alpha

Man I must look important sitting in this char" .. my reaction ... then I just walked in LOL wtf? Ontop of that, there was a guy hogging a bench to do curls, with 10 lbs on each side, WITH STRAPS. What the fuck

I go to SC usually, but I went to the Oval for the first time today for drop-in... Night and Day difference.

Plus I was one of the strongest guys there, rather than being a wealking compared to the people at SC

Yep did isoflex whey with dextrose and maltodextrine. Didn't notice any difference when I switched to ON whey.
