It's shit like this thread that make me glad I just wiped my hands of Rogers. Paying $80/mo for 28 more months vs paying $500 ECF... I paid the $500 ECF. Rather be done with them and their deteriorating service (both network and customer) than suffer through the stupidity of dealing with them.

Unless you have some great retentions plan through them, you're getting hosed.

Don't wait too long, Mobilicity's $25 BTS plan is going to be gone very soon. Don't expect it to ever come back either.

Yup they rope people in with this "one month free" or random discounts just when they feel that you might be thinking of switching. Meanwhile you are getting screwed by continuing to sign up for their three year contracts just because they give you an additional 50 minutes a month of talk time or a little more data.

Mobilicity doesn't have to give me random discounts because they charge my credit card $40 a month and that's it, every month its the same. I'm not on the phone all the time haggling to get a retentions plan or wondering why I have random charges on my account.

even for the the people who actually got the message cant get it any more, my gf got the text and tried calling them to get it and they lady she was talking was sucha bitch " oh sorry we dont have any records of that message being sent you, Could your friend or a website forwarded it to you?" called today, CSR said, the txt offering is only for those who are in their last month of contract.

Does that fucking make sense to you?,, THey are only giving free phone bills for those whose contracts are up and are looking to go somewhere else? Rather than makingg the long time customers happy?


i just laugh at the CSR and say rogers is going down, have a nice day.

I called in and was informed by the CRS that is was a Christmas offer. Transferred to retentions and the guy said that I could only get the promotion if I was still on a contract.

Called 2 days ago for my girlfriend, had to call twice.

1st time - Dumb mexican chick says ok let me check if you are eligible for this promotion, 20 minutes later she comes back and says oh im so sorry you did not get the message.. bla bla bla.. your friend must of forwarded it to you!... stupid bitch

2nd time - Chill buddy says ok let me check if i can help you out here.... comes back in 5 minutes says here you go 45$ off your 60$ bill for the month of January.
