^yeah its a really nice gym there. the nice thing about it is that everyone there is pretty much serious about training, tons of bodybuilders there...

man i want to get free pass at golds so bad  but i have a hatred to a dude there (family hatred) and its best to avoid him. Anyone know if FW richmond give free weeks?
