Amazing cars! If only we could get all those diesel models. And no matter what BMW, you have to get either the sport package or M package. Of course the M package is always preferred, so 335i |
1 Attachment(s) Thanks for the comments everyone, I took the delivery of the vehicle last night. The weather was not great and I didn't bring my camera, so I used my phone to snap a photo and then got distracted :) http://www.revscene.net/forums/attac...1&d=1335451895 More to come soon. |
What a silly "sport" badge , time to grab the dental floss out! Super excited for you though! :) |
Looks awesome! Congratulations! |
be prepared to drive sport sedan benchmark awesomeness. |
Looks like the F30 is so much more well received than the e90. |
more of a spiritual successor to the E30 than the E90 ever was to the E30. interior is much more tradition bmw: controls face the driver. |
this is some exciting stuff right here. congrats man!! looking forward to more pics |
1 Attachment(s) Parked liked a d-bag but only for about a minute to get coffee. On the way back remembered that I don't have any pics to show yet... still a crappy phone pic http://www.revscene.net/forums/attac...1&d=1335539278 Roof rails are on... bike rack to follow... |
I'm jealous |

Electric steering, I like it. Sure it isn't as "tight" at low speeds as I'm used to, but it's not a bad thing. When I'm parking it's super easy and on a highway it is stiffer. I'd say that in every way I like this car far more than prior gen 3er, which I drove for a month and a half as a daily driver. Heads up display is a great way to keep eyes on the road while having speed, navi and music projected. Smaller 4 cil engine is surprisingly good on gas (for a BMW). Interior is better looking. Driving in sport mode is super fun. Even little things like opening the trunk by making a leg kick under trunk motion is pretty useful (heads full of groceries etc). I'm very happy with it (600kms already and counting lol, drove it to Seattle on the weekend). |

I think i saw u yesterday on No.3rd turning turning into near canadian tire. not many f30s around in that color yet |
I was in Richmond yesterday.:) It may have been me! |
hey how many l/100km are you getting? |
I used Eco mode for trip to Seattle and averaged 6.5l/100km |
holy crap thats unbelieveably efficient. bmw gave me a 1 series as a courtesy and that was 11.5, while the 3 series i have now gets 15 |
leg kick under trunk to open....thats genius.... |
The build quality on the 3 series is really good and I really like the interior however I don't like how BMW bumped up the price. They had a new 328i at BJ and the sticker price was $51,000. |
Planning on trading in my BMW for the estoril blue msport 335i sedan now. July production, should be delivery in September |

took delivery of this babe last month. excuse the bad pic, more (better) pics to come! any more f30 owners on here? http://i683.photobucket.com/albums/v...612_220805.jpg |
^Where'd you get the plate from? Probably fought all of Richmond for it LOL |
I'm glad this thread turned into an actual car buying thread and not a "please help me choose between an LP-570 vs 458 thread" |
