The point distribution among them is impressive, double digit scoring for the entire starting line-up and most of the bench. Nice to see all-star ballhogs (Amare & Melo) under 20 points each and still win by blowout. |

it's nice to see lin still able to contribute too with the change in coaches. |
jesus christ leading by almost 40 points |
Where did d'antoni go? Did he get fired? edit. just googled, looks like he stepped down |
Wow, I'm impressed by Lin's character and humbleness. He takes time out of his busy schedule to call the ESPN reporter that got fired for using a racial slur against him in an article, and arrange time to have lunch with him. Not only did he not bear any grudge towards the reporter, Lin takes the time to have lunch with the dude. Big thumbs up to J. Lin. Knicks' Lin lunches with fired headline writer - sportsnet.ca |
“@alanhahn: That is some major news that explains a lot of the secrecy over the last week. Lin is essentially out for the season unless Knicks advance.” “@nyknicks: #Knicks Injury Update: Jeremy Lin will be out approx 6 weeks after an MRI revealed small chronic meniscus tear. Lin will speak w media soon” dang, hopefully they'll still be able to make playoffs. with amare and lin out. ouch. |

Think that changes things? Isn't he a free agent at the end of the season? |
^ not sure if srs? lol.... so you think they wont resign him next year? he doesn't play a big enough role to be a difference maker when hes on the court? then again you liked his bounce pass and strongly stated that he wouldn't make the big leagues.. |
^ I am pretty sure they signed him on a rookie contract. It was annocued a month ago? Im not sure |
Due to the new CBA rules, the most any team can offer Lin as a restricted FA would be around $5 million per season.....Given Lin's play and the global attention he has brought to the Knicks this season, it's likely that the Knicks will match any offer for him. |

Lin doesn't make "great" plays. But he sure sells tickets. So teams would sign up for ticket sales. |

but regardless of injury of not, i dont see how they wouldnt resign him, provided hes still playing technically his "second" year in the NBA, first as a starter with or without injury this season, he was due for a raise but despite all that the NYK organization isn't that stupid to offer him a ludaris contract, and Lin knows that and hes expressed to the organization many times that he loves it maybe im bias but i dont think he'll get any less despite an injury, lin just had surgery last week and hes on the road to recovery and reports acutally say hes ahead of schedule and even he himself is targetting the first round as a potential for his return, just be aware this injury isnt to the extent of brandon roy's injury only way i see him not being resigned is if somehow knicks land nash.. but hows that possible lol |
