And FWIW, as a joke, I bought 2 generic branded TF cards (ie. micro SD cards) from AliExpress during the Black Friday sales for dirt cheap -- probably something like $2 - $3 per card. They were made in Shzenshen and branded under some Shzenshen technology company. They were also significantly faster (ie. higher data transfer speed) than the few brand name low-end cards that I already had.
Personally, I find all this a little ironic. But it is what it is, and I am not going to deny factual truths. | Do you not have a USB A to C adapter? I have like 3 of them. I can drop one off.

My wife is disgusted at my apparent hoarding of "random junk".
But every every month: "help! this doesn't plug into that", or "i broke this... now what?". I fix her problem and not even a thank-you.
