Okay, so I filmed a new episode of my VCB video series today at Maenam. The dish I'm featuring is already available...and it's awesome, so I thought I'd give you guys a preview.

Lobster Miang. It's F'N DELICIOUS. Not on the regular menu so call ahead and ask for it if you want one. Seriously, it's amazing. So many different flavors.

The Scott Road location is excellent and I have heard nothing but good things about it as well.

So I was invited to try out a pop-up dinner at a restaurant last night...10-courses, 5 hours. It was...well, interesting.

My latest for Vancity Buzz, a look at Shirakawa in Gastown, a new Japanese restaurant in the space where Boneta used to be. Gorgeous restaurant, traditional Japanese food.

Couple new posts lately.

Invited by Lincoln to go test drive one of their SUVs and eat at the Hamilton Street Grill in Yaletown. Pleasantly surprised...great value and one of the best tasting steaks I've had in Vancouver.

So Ford Canada gave me the keys to an Escape and a bunch of money and told me to cook dinner for my friends...so Culverin and I went HAM...

Yeah...one of the best steaks I've ever had.
