In that case he needs to buy three more.

As for myself today I loaded my rally kit into the Jeep and plastered some numbers on the side - Thunderbird Rally starts tomorrow!

boostedcivic 02-07-2015 11:39 AM

put the momo steering wheel back on

lowda9 02-07-2015 12:30 PM

I removed the charcoal canister and the car idles so much smoother now.

I cleaned out my interior. Not too exciting but it needed doing. Other than that haven't really done anything in the past year but wash it, and I've only done that a couple of times!

MindBomber 02-07-2015 05:30 PM

I pulled an alternator at Pick a Part and used it to replace the one on my brother's car for him. The least expensive one Lordco had was $350, no thanks.

lowda9 02-08-2015 12:25 PM

I did an oil change, cap, rotor, and spark plugs on my dads Integra. When doing the oil change I found out that the oil drain plug was stripped. The previous oil change was done at a shop because we were too lazy to do it. Wow I can't believe they stripped that bolt, they must've screwed it back on with an impact gun or had some n00b apprentice f it up.

Put in an EF blower fan into the 240z. Quieter and more powerful. Starting taking out the A/C unit as it wasn't working anyhow.

What do you think of the raggtopp cleaner/conditioner? Worth it?

tastic 02-08-2015 06:26 PM

What did you do to your vehicle today?

The cleaner worked well. The spots I noticed were gone. Not to say that regular wash soap wouldn't work as well, but just a light spray foamed well when brushed. Can't comment on the water beading of the protectant until after it dries (bottle suggests 48hrs).

Didn't crash it :fuckyea:

picked up a rear window window visor but i didnt like how the end of the visor dipped down

before

after

http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...208_150047.jpg

also, im wrapping some stuff on the interior to match the gsr seats i got. a little helpful tip to people. DO NOT TRY TO WRAP WITH DENIM... its not flexible at all and is just a PITA

the front fabric insert does not come out.. so after wrapping it needs to be trimmed very close to the edge. i got some black elastic cord to do the trim with to clean it up

http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...209_183205.jpg

http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...9_183238_1.jpg

luckily the back inserts do come out, but they curve alot more and leave large wrinkles..
figured i would stretch them and let them form into the shape of the insert

http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...55d3b0a497.jpg

time for interior to all go back in after a little more sound deadening is put in

tastic 02-14-2015 01:44 AM

All this to replace a ballast (rectangle, 4th screw blocked by headlight bracket)
Ended up having to remove the lip to drop the bumper as well.
