The colour scheme for a $34 million house is quite minimalist. White walls and white floors makes it pretty plain to me. -designer is going for the clean look?

If you have a more extravagant interior, you'd take away from the natural views, so yes, like an art gallery, everything is white to put the focus back on the art work, which in this case is each and every window.

Let's face facts...its a $2 million house...on $32 million land.

What I want to know is how big is the car garage? The car garage takes priority over the boat garage. -needs to be big enough for all the sports cars and luxury rides. :)

All I can think about is how difficult an all-white house would be able to keep clean :heckno:

Being the clean freak I am, I'd either hire 10 maids or have an emotional breakdown whenever folks come over for parties.

this looks more like a vacation home for someone like bill gates or donald trump.

$34m seems like wishful thinking like the other insanely priced properties we've seen locally

imagine it wont sell for anything near that if at all

who lives there and what does he do?

for 1/4 the price you could have gotten this one on the same street

Too modern, no character in the house and just wait til the next 2006 windstorm comes to see what happens to all that glass

Meh, our company helped build a house on folkstone way that was built to win awards, the end price tag will probaby end up at around 20-25 million
And the design is much nicer/homier than this place

But yea that water property is everything

I'd love to bang a different girl in each one of those rooms.
