It is customers' judgement. For more clear video and audio recording, please go for vicovation. They can adjust exposure, noise reduction, ISO adjustment which is WDR. if you look slim one design, please go for OTOSAVER.

All vicovation cameras in stock. OTOSAVER will arrive early next week.

I have an old VicoVation DS-1 on my car.
Though it is somewhat old, it still produces amazing video quality even at night.
And I didn't experience over-heating, or video quality degrading issues due to hot weather in summer like I did with other brands.
For those of you who are thinking about getting one, DO IT!

ASR, can you PM me the reason you stopped carrying blackvue as well? Just curious :P

Night rally recorded by Vicovation TF2/TF2+
EV setting: Standard 0
WDR: Standard
It can be brighter if the setting goes EV +0.5/+1 and WDR High

Roof scoop was open. Check out dual channel voice recording on Vico tf2/tf2+

Hi William,
Please PM me price for WF1 + Power Magic Pro for an MK6 GTI, thanks.

ruthless 06-17-2013 09:31 PM

Can you use one powermagic pro for two 2 cameras?

Thinking about getting a Vicovation WF1, already have a blackvue dr 380g (will move blackvue to rear)

snails 06-17-2013 09:34 PM

^ not to steal from your question.. but why even run power magic? i have the dg400 and ive left mine on consecutively for 3 weeks and never noticed any sort of battery drain, it automatically goes into parking mode and only records when there is movement... dosnt seem like it would waste much battery?

i wired my cig lighter to a constant, so yes i always have power regardless of ignition :fuckyea:

godwin 06-18-2013 12:39 PM

If you think from a reseller perspective, one thing that hits profit margins is returns or RMA. Blackvue just hasn't been very reliable with their DR400 and subsequent revisions. That's really obvious.

Go to dashcamtalk etc for other brands of cameras that are more reliable.
