^it depends on where. I usually leave the dash camera in the car when lots of people move in a busy area such as on street, parking lot and shopping mall. But I will take the camera off in a dead corner at a underground parking in Downtown.

Fail on my part, I asked for the cam to be installed in a spot that isn't cleared by the windshield wipers. Thanks William for providing an extra double-sided sticky tape!

So you basically have to run the wires under the headliner for a proper install? I want to get this for my 750i but I'm worried about the sensor behind the rearview mirror.

Then installed in a different place.

By temp if you mean not hardwiring then yes.

It plugs right into the cig lighter. You can do it for the change tray or the one in the centre storage/arm rest.

Had to reset the time on the Blackvue because it had April as it's time stamp, but quickly corrected it at home:fullofwin:

Exactly what I was asking, thanks.

I'll probably order one when I'm back in town, I'll go with the temp route because I don't drive my car enough to have it permanently installed.

Just got installed today; DR400 + Power Magic Pro.

Nice guy to deal with, took the time to make sure everything was right. Of course he couldn't really cheat because I was there with him the whole time :troll:

Will report back with obligatory video!

Hey, for the guys who chose the 380 over 400,what was your reasoning, I had the 400 but sold it and want to replace it.
