I tried that yesterday with Culverin, it didn't work that well. But around 3AM we were able to connect in-game. I'm already at level 21 or 22, having a blast. And feeding him all my used stuffs.
i was having trouble taking dudes down, until i found a blue rifle an explosive bonus. this guy doesn't dissapoint, it'll take on any enemy type and put them out quickly. feels like i've got a 20 round grenade launcher that shoots straight.
i wonder if there's a second playthrough like borderlands 1, the second time around had nicer items.
did the slaughter house optional quest last night and went from level 15-20... i recommend doing it as there are a ton of good drops for low level characters
I didnt find any Orange items until I finished the game and played TVHM.
Now I have too many Orange and Purple items.
Especially when you hit level 50.
Shit, I just started True Vault Hunter, and it's insane. I had some wicked weapons from my first playthrough....that just got destroyed by the first fucking plain white gun I found.
I'm so tempted to use one of my Shift keys on the weapon's chest....but then I'd only have one left
Save your keys for at least level 40.
Its going to be hit or miss if you get anything good. And if you do hit something good. You want that gun to be usable for awhile.
If you are playing yourself. TVHM is really difficult. I had a hell of a time doing anything until I played online with others. I couldnt do it alone. Well you can. You just need to grind it out.
Once you beat Terramorphous the Invincible, thats when you get some wild wild weapons.
Shields that have 40,000 protection, silly recharge rates, etc..
Guns that do 100,000 damage..
Yeah, I'd love to take on Terramorphous. And it is quite a slog to do TVHM alone. But that's actually part of the fun. Finding the right combinations and builds...working on tweaking my Gunzerker now. Also waited 'til my second playthrough to get Moxxi's guns. I likey velly muchy.
