Perhaps baller status is some function of net worth as defined, debt, and income? If your house is worth a ton and therefore your net worth is high, but your debt load is high while income isn't super high then you're likely house broke. If net worth is high, debt is low, but so is income then it's money on paper and likely not living "baller". |

Ok, you set up the poll then. I want to see your cashflow statements, your balance sheets and income statements, your net projected EBITDA over the next 5 years, your last 3 workplace performance reviews, and I want to see a labor market competitive analysis too on you because how close are you to being laid off for cheaper competition? And let's take a look at how healthy your extended family's financials are as your safety net because that'll affect how much risk you can take on in investments over time. And then after that, we can debate at the end of the day I don't consider you a Revscene baller unless you're achieving top-10% risk-adjusted rates of return on your equity!! |
i triple check to see if Uber Eats have 2 BBT for $10 before buying BBT? Does that count as baller status? Because $10 can get me like 12 cans of pop... and that will out last 2 BBTs...lolol |
Speaking of ballers. Votes are in. Seems like poll votes are dying down. It's official. RS members are hard ballers. 30-40 over 1mil 27.27% (12 votes) 30-40 500k-1mil 18.18% (8 votes) 30-40 150-500k 11.36% (5 votes) 40-50 over 1mil 11.36% (5 votes) 20-30 150-500k 6.82% (3 votes) 30-40 sub 50k 4.55% (2 votes) 40-50 500k-1mil 4.55% (2 votes) 20-30 sub 50k 2.27% (1 votes) 20-30 50-150k 2.27% (1 votes) 20-30 500k-1mil 2.27% (1 votes) 20-30 over 1mil 2.27% (1 votes) 30-40 50-150k 2.27% (1 votes) 50+ 500k-1mil 2.27% (1 votes) 50+ over 1mil 2.27% (1 votes) 40-50 sub 50k 0% (0 votes) 40-50 50-150k 0% (0 votes) 40-50 150-500k 0% (0 votes) 50+ sub 50k 0% (0 votes) 50+ 50-150k 0% (0 votes) 50+ 150-500k 0% (0 votes) Congratulations to those of you with over a mil net worth. Even those at 500k net worth, regardless if it's your primary residence, those are some solid numbers. Regardless of what wormiez says :troll: Whoever is 20-30 and over a mil net worth, I'm proud of you, and fuck you. LOL |

What else did you miss out on in your teenage years? How do you compare yourself with all the other dicks? …unless you know how big of a Dick you actually are? |
i can't afford to flex i'm too busy trying to get lunch when i'm at the office for under $10 :lol :okay: FeelsBadMan sure don't feel like a millionaire |
Seems we're generally doing ok, a lot of us kids of parents who started from the bottom washing dishes, renting musty basements, couldn't afford pizza. Now we here! ...doing ok :D |

"The part extending into your taint doesn't count because it doesn't even go in." "The inch at the base doesn't even count for you, because let's be real your girl is a big girl and you can't use that." "You're dick rich, penetration poor." |
It's worth repeating that most car people typically do ok. Cars is very expensive hobby and it means most car ppl would be climbing the financial ladder to get the next big toy. |
Bah. I’d argue that. Homegrown backyard automotive passion is strong, where you make things work with what you have. Sure, maybe not the new car scene, but it’s passion at its finest. |
If you can afford to have anything worth several grand as a hobby, you are doing ok, never mind when we get to the 6 digits worth of car parts and toy cars. |
Should make a poll with car purchase liquidity to satisfy peanutty weird ass requirement 20-30 can purchase a Corolla outright 20-30 can purchase a Camry outright 20-30 can purchase a miata / mustang outright Etc etc |

Seperate “hobby” car, sure I get it. That’s a different level. |
How many people on here are modding a 3k a to b car? You need to pop into latest pic of your whip thread more often. In the real world, sure there are plenty of poor car enthusiasts, you can drive anywhere in Washington and see that lol. Here on RS though I'm speaking to RS demographic. That said, if you're a kid that can do that on your McDonald's budget, you're still doing ok, cause you aren't giving your parents money to put food on the table. |

I'm trying hard to cut cost to deal with the interest rates. Wife is still living in lalaland thinking and wanting to go shopping like crazy and eat out. I'm here cooking every home meal; not to rant. I'm shocked how people are buying loads of bottled water, paying for crazy netflix + pop + uber eats and eating out. Man, i was in chinatown and the two ladies got the butcher to weight the meat and they had to put down 15.85 rack of ribs; they bought the 12.71 pork belly. I thought my 40 dollar grocery was freaking expensive compared just 3 years ago; at least my 40 bucks can make it last for 5 days (15 meals). Pinching penny is hard. |
lol and I went from leasing new cars to driving 30 year old unreliable trucks |

Times are indeed tough if the average Corolla LE lease is 550 with zero down and 7% interest. Not sure how the average Canadian are weathering this storm. |
Yea I heard a Toyota ad today on the radio for the BZX4 $124 a week for 62 weeks at 8.9% lol.. GG |
