Excuse this question if it may sound stupid, but how can they say for sure Obama's won certain states like California and Washington, when not all the votes have been represented? On CNN's website, only 22% of California's votes are in...

Romneys really not wanting to give this up lot of close states haven't fully reported so i guess they're calculating hoping that they might turn Romney
Pretty funny that Mitt hasn't conceded yet. Pretty much all the networks are making fun of him like "...I don't see how Mitt Romney thinks he can still win this. It seems like a mathematical impossibility...because it is."
