We'd bomb around my neighbourhood on the island with people in the back, but honestly I wouldn't feel safe with people in the back at highway speeds. They'd be dead meat in any kind of collision.

On an unrelated note, I haven't heard from Lordco at all, anyone have any leads on an evening/weekend job that pays at least $14/hr? I have 6 years experience in automotive parts sales...

So I've been taking the bus to school since between the $6/day parking, gas and insanity of richmond traffic, it's a way better option. Car is parked on the street, I move it every couple days just in case.

I also check on it every day, when I leave for school and when I come home. I'm paranoid that way.

So today, on my way home I do my usual walk by, except the car isn't there. There's a bunch of temporary no parking signs where it used to be. Call up the city, no record of it being in the impound lot. He transfers me to parking, I'm on hold, decide to walk the rest of the way home while I'm waiting, still on hold when I get to the condo, tell my sister what's happening and she tells me to walk around the block.

There it is, a block down the street from where I left it.... How is that normal practice? To move someones car a street over from where they left it and not notify them??? I mean I'm happy they didn't take it back to the impound lot and leave me with a fight over the fees, but put up a sign or something saying cars have been relocated.

/rant
