I didnt even click the original link... no way one of these parties have the power to give compensation or any meaningful resource and governing decision... its all goes partly up to the Queen and mainly to her handlers. In 1980 Prime Minister Trudeau got the Queen to sign off on the Constitution so he could bring it back to Canada, thereupon cutting the apron strings between Canada and the British Monarchy.
