i mined btc when it first came out and was less than $5 per. i did it from work in the slushpool, and it would just take a few days to get 1 btc. at the time i was just using my workstation overnight to mine, and i would not always leave it on, sometimes i would sometimes i wouldn't, mostly i wouldn't really care to since it was so little money. i only mined about 5.5 coins and then stopped caring, and by the time btc started blowing up i had already lost my wallet because i never bothered to look after it. did the same thing with dogecoin a year or two later. bought like $20-30 worth which at doge's height would have been worth quite a bit... ah well what can ya do. now whenever i invest in anything i make sure that i always take care of that investment no matter how seemingly small it is.

Yeah, I think I mined a few BTC using my old Acer laptop and then realized it wasn't worth it.

Update on the Asic Miner I bought from Compass. It's been mining in Russia with no problems. The first day payout is low because it was less than a half day of mining.

The cost of the miner with 1 months hosting and setup was .25625 btc or $19495.78 CAD at that time. Monthly hosting and power costs are $176 CAD.

How much power do you have to prevent them jacking the monthly costs up on you?

Every single time the car is sold a record is kept on the ledger.

Now staking Kilima.

This took some work. I needed some Matic so I could swap it for Klima. Matic exists on the Ethereum network and the Polygon network. Metamask allows you to swap eth for Mactic but thats on the eth network and I need it on the Polygon network. So I opened an account on the hotbit exchange. Sent eth to hotbit, converted it to USDT and traded it for Matic. Now because my account was new I had to wait 24 hours before I could withdraw it.

24 hours later I connected to the Polygon network in Metmask and sent my Matic. then I went to Sushiswap and swaped my Matic for Klima. Then I went to the klima website to stake. Big problem, the gas fee of around .90 cents was in Matic and I did not have enough Matic. FUCK!!!!!! So I sent .03 eth to hotbit for a gas fee around $20. Converted eth to USDT and then USDT to Matic. Sent Matic to my Metamask wallet but nothing showed up. I had no I idea what was going on. The transaction was pending for 5 hours. Finally use Sushiswap to swap most of my Matic to Klima the staked it. None of my staked Klima showed up on Metamask. Quick google said I have to import the token. Did that and now I am earning 35960 APY and helping remove co2 from the earth.
jesus that sounds like a lot of work lol

so after all that any shortcuts or more direct way to do it?

and that's 35960% APY?

I have a 1 year contract and after that I can get the unit shipped to me if I want to. I checked Compass mining discord, reddit and anyplace else I could think of and no one has complained about rates going up. The only problem has been rollout delays but that's out of there hands.

They have no reason to jack up rates. I hear they are also setting up a marketplace for people to sell there miners.

I think you can buy the Klima token with tether/usdt saving a few steps but not 100% sure.

The way i did it was not that hard just scary at first.

Fund your hotbit account with crypto.
convert crypto to USDT
Buy Matic with USDT
Sent Matic to your Metamask wallet
Use Sushiswap to convert Matic to Klima. make sure you have a couple of Matic for gas fees left over.
Stake on Klimas website
Add token to Metamask.

Warning Klima price just dropped by over 20% Edit: It's back up. to over 2k.

Good news Mark Cuban is talking about it.

Raptoreum is the hot new kid on the block for CPU mining. A AMD 3900 CPU would make you over $6 a day before power. You could build the setup for around $1200.

NDAX looks to be regular matic but sushiswap only shows wmatic (polygon)?

am i missing something?

your process shows matic on metamask then swap it on sushiswap to klima?

and it shows up as AKLIMA? but says it needs to be imported?

Wmatic and Aklima I thing are on the ethereum network. You neet to be on the polygon network. In Metamask at the top you can switch networks. Make sure you are on the polygon network.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=1032613482

Here is a spreadsheet that calculates returns on different DAO's. You have to make a copy to edit it.

A $1000 cad invested in Klima will be worth over 600K in a year at the current price. The numbers sound crazy. It's almost like gambling but i am willing to take the risk with a small amount of what I have made on crypto. I have customers dropping $100 plus a week on lotto.

So here is how to stake in time wonderland and get 84,883.5% APY

There is probable a better way to do it but this is how I did it.

Add the Avalanche network to Metamask
Send ETH to Hotbit. Sending Eth on the weekend is way cheaper do to less trafic. cost me around $15.
Convert ETH to USDT then to AVAX on hotbit
Sent AVAX to Metamask. Send it to the avalanche C network. Trying to sent it to the avalanche network will give you a invalid wallet address.
Now you have to swap your AVAX for Time.
I tried SushiSwap but the liquidity is so low I would lose 94% of what I had.
I went to Traderjoexyz had no problems beace it had way more liquidity. It only cost me .15 cents in fees because transactions on the Avalanche network are dirt cheap.
Go to the time Wonderland DAO website and stake.

^Reading what he wrote above gave me serious, WTF? This is what people are resorting doing to make money nowadays?

-Send money to Sushizone
-Load your Meta Wallet
-Pay "gas" fees and move to Bitmix
-Obtain a Satoshi key
-Move funds to MetaBit
-Stake Doofcoin

Like what? This is what we're doing now?

Have you heard of internet 1.0 and internet 2.0. Well Sushiswap is part of web3.

Web3 is about being decentralized and autonomous.

Sushiswap is just an exchange but it is decentralized and autonomous. No need to set up an account give them your email, ID or anything like that. You just go to the site connect your wallet and tell what currents you have and what you want to swap it for. It finds someone for you to swap with and does the trade. It makes exchanges like shakepay seem so old fashioned.
