| Caught some punk trying to break into neighbors car
Neighbor lives across the street. Didn't help that she left doors unlocked.
Saw a group of 4 teens...thought something was suspicious.
One of the teens breaks off and goes to the car and opens rear door and then front door. I started snapping photos and then approached and confronted. He booked it ASAP.
Reported to neighbors and told her to lock damn door.
Broad daylight wow! Wish I walked up and spooked him instead.
If it was my house or TL-S, there would be a badly beaten thief in my driveway.     |

I reported my neighbor's car doors being unlocked to police non emergency line. they said some people leave it unlocked so that thieves won't damage their car when there's nothing to steal in it anyways.
