Keep in mind CNN and any mainstream media has to take steps to confirm/get the info passed from the news desk to the anchors/live reports; social media has no such process

Correct me if I'm wrong; Don't think they're "deployed", from pictures, doesn't look like they have their rifles...would think in order for them to be deployed it has to be a specific condition/declaration (i.e. riot/disaster/attack) etc.
