Not really racist! 04-19-2013 12:59 AM

package at MIT presents no danger

shawnly1000 04-19-2013 01:03 AM

MBTA bus arriving to help evacuate residents who live where bombs thrown from car

bballguy 04-19-2013 01:06 AM

wtf....

NBC says both suspects are not American born, have been here for a year with military training overseas. would debunk missing brown student.

shawnly1000 04-19-2013 01:07 AM

This would definitely change things up "WHDH quotes NBC Pete Williams as saying bomb suspects arrived in U.S. a year ago. Would contradict idea that one is missing Brown student."

shawnly1000 04-19-2013 01:09 AM

Crazy if there are indeed 9000+ law enforcement members in Watertown, as there's a listed population of 32,000 as per Wiki

Akinari 04-19-2013 01:09 AM

Interesting how pretty much every news outlet is reporting out of their asses now.

rsx 04-19-2013 01:10 AM

Officers sound tired and beat, they need a shift change or a break or they'll make mistakes.

Akinari 04-19-2013 01:11 AM

Don't think there ARE anymore officers to take their places...

2 hrs till daylight and the door-to-door; scanner chatter seems relatively "quiet" now.

Insane how 2 people can cause such mayhem/unrest

Akinari 04-19-2013 01:15 AM

Pakistani man involved in failed NY Times Square bombing was also from Watertown

Watertown terrorist suspect deported to Pakistan - Watertown, MA - Watertown TAB

Aight

bballguy 04-19-2013 01:24 AM

Pete Williams is sticking to his claim that they are "foreign nationals" and were here "legally." Pete Williams hasn't been wrong this week.

Combination of blast injury and gun wounds" resulted in death of suspect #1

shawnly1000 04-19-2013 01:27 AM

"Blast injury" as well as multiple gun shot wounds described by the doctors at the hospital the suspect was brought to

Akinari 04-19-2013 01:27 AM

5:21 EDT: Second suspect connected with bombing is dead.

5:54 EDT: Report of male with heavy backpack on bike. Unclear if "second suspect" is actually the first or "Black Hat".

shawnly1000 04-19-2013 01:29 AM

From state police: Crime scenes in Watertown are scattered throughout approx 20 block area. We are searching that area and BEYOND.

Gonna be a while before the completely cover it all

bballguy 04-19-2013 01:29 AM

suspect 1 arrived at hospital in cardiac arrest. they worked on him for 15 mins, but could not save him. shrapnel wounds, gun shots.

cliffhanger33 04-19-2013 01:30 AM

Man this is so confusing

Think it's best to take any news outlet publication with a grain of salt right now. Just listen to the scanners.

a high school classmate of the missing Brown student is saying it is definitely him.

Did they just say they're calling in a negotiator?

I just hope they don't shoot anyone innocent like the Chris Dorner case :seriously:
